Because I said so Jim! Is that clear? Or do I need to send more instructions for you? Now get this I am in charge and you are my charge! WOW!
My how the world has changed, and I mean changed! I was born in San Francisco on August 26 1943 my father was in the army stationed at Mt Tamalpias in Marin county and my mother worked at the Marin naval yard, during the war I lived with my grandparents in San Francisco and learned to speak Greek before I spoke English.
After the war my parents opened a restaurant on 24th and Mission "Fridas Coffee Shop" it was according to my mother a money maker, as a child I could walk down Mission and never get accosted by strangers not that way any more! However in 1949 the landlord died and had no heirs so the state auctioned the building and we were evicted, moved to Los Angeles until 1955.
We returned to San Francisco in 1955 and from there I went to high school and then joined the Air Force when we thought the Russians would start a war President Kennedy called for troop expansion and so I went to Germany until November 22, 1963 the day Kennedy was assassinated, and no I do not believe Oswald was the assassin!
While I was in the Air force I ended up working on the IBM 1410 computer and was a trained to be a programmer so over the years I returned to college to up grade my skills on the computer, I should have become an IT engineer they make the bucks!
I worked in many jobs over the years, from General Motors in Fremont California to cooking to sales, real estate Insurance and taxes, before I retired from real estate I had a radio show titled the Jim Fridas Talk Show where America talks real estate!
I have been on hiatus for the past year and I am talking to people about going back on the radio again as the Jim Fridas Talk Show starting in January 2013, god willing and the creek don't rise!
I heard that William O'Reilly on Fox news has a new book out about Oswald assassinating Kennedy, I will write post about why he didn't so check it out if you are disgusted with O'Reilly!

I know that we need to help some people but read the information below and see if you agree with me that it is getting out of hand, if I am paying the bill I expect to get some benefits that I am not getting, after all its my money!
Just the other day several people posted on twitter that they will start a riot and leave the country if Mitt Romney wins, I think they better make their reservations now because when Romney wins the economy will go up again as it should, as for the riot they should cancel that because they do not have a chance of leaving the country if they do.
The folks who are getting the free stuff don't like the folks who are paying for the free stuff, because the folks who are paying for the free stuff can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff.
And, the folks who are paying for the free stuff want thefree stuff to stop.
And the folks who are getting the free stuff want even more free stuff on top of the free stuff they are already getting!
Now... the people who are forcing the people who pay for the free stuff have told the people who are RECEIVING the free stuff that the people who are PAYING for thefree stuff are being mean, prejudiced, and racist.
So... the people who are GETTING the free stuff have been convinced they need to hate the people who are paying for the free stuff by the people who are forcing some people to pay for their free stuff and giving them thefree stuff in the first place.
We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than paying for the free stuff.
Now understand this. All great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and250 years after being founded. The reason?
The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them.
The United States officially became a Republic in 1776, 236 years ago. The number of people now getting free stuff outnumbers the people paying for the free stuff. We have one chance to change that in 2012. Failure to change that spells the end of the United States as we know it..

OCTOBER 9, 2012 Its midnight are the kids asleep?
Have you ever bet a buck on a game with the baseball poll? Or the football poll? Maybe the basketball poll? Well the fact is there are a lot of people who do and the IRS found a bar in Santa Clara a while ago and they confiscated the money, WOW! Leave it to the gov to snag the people's money where ever and when ever! This leads us into the following sports venue!
WOW! Its football season, baseball is heading toward the World Series, basketball is around the corner, whats that you say Frank? Hockey! Are you out of your mind Frank! Hockey sucks! Big time, it will never be in league with Football, Baseball and Basketball! So get the peanuts and set up the TV and get ready for some good old fashioned sports you sport bum!
I think we are going to see a rough ride in the MLB, I like the Giants but they are out matched I think my Cincinnati this season, I may be wrong but tell Joey not to worry his Yankee's are looking red hot and smokin' this season! They lost the second game to Detroit by a forced walk, what a shock that was, it looked like a strike to me!
As for Caroline she likes Detroit, Diane is a Tiger fan also, they both better stay out of Oakland for a long time, and I mean a long time! As for Jesse, and I think Hank are both Oakland fans and they are bummed out already, but like the saying goes "Never give up the ship"! The series have a long way to go so lets see what happens this week.
Max is a St Louis fan and Wesley is a Washington fan, blood will spill here as the new boys on the block aim to make a name for themselves! Plus the fact that the big money in Vegas is on Washington or the odds as they say.
Milt is a Boston fan so he isn't even thinking about baseball any more, most likely he is hoping his new England Pats make a better showing than they have in the opening of the season, but then there are always exceptions, look at Green Bay really not as hot as last year, but the 49ers are doing well, so are the Falcons and Houston, could be a tough years for some teams.
Basketball, oh yeah the big one, no more excitement than a bunch of giants ripping it up on the court, and the team that looked like they were going to surprise everyone was a disappointment in the end the Warriors, as usual. So who do you think will get to the big game, or even close this year. Have a favorite let me know in the comment section.
If its football or baseball we need comments fast folks basketball can hold for a while but the sports expert in you needs to speak and speak now! So lets hear from you, I get enough comments at the gym, I belong to Diamond Hills in Brentwood or Oakley, not sure where the line is, its there behind Winco which is on Lone Tree Way.
I hope that we have a great season, as for me I cannot watch sports anymore especially after 13 trips to the hospital over the last several years, in my condition the excitement is to much, so I just hoe the 49ers win and after the game I see the scores on the Internet and hope the niners won, as for the rest of you good luck and have a lot of fun watching the game!

For those who were members we had some writers who published like my self and those who wanted to publish, what I have done is to find thousands of places to publish your work, get paid and not even write a book yet, including finding thousands of great publishers.
I do not want to sound like I a m complaining or bragging, or anything else for that matter though I have been in the hospital 11 times in the past few years for a heart condition known as ANGINA, my Dr thinks the major situation has passed and I should live another 100 years! No just kidding, I am not afraid to die because I know where I am going, Jesus is waiting for me at the Pearly Gates!
Any how what I want to inform those of you whop have in the past been members of the Delta Writers Club(new name....Money Club 4 U) that I am planning to revive this organization and hopefully make it as good if not better than it was, I will be setting up a new web site at group spaces for memberships so keep an eye on my newsletters and in a few weeks I will announce the meeting places and times.

I am currently writing a book titled "Giving Up The Ghost: and hope to have it finalized soon, with that I am also writing about the problem in America with law enforcement, its out of control in my opinion let me know if you think you agree or disagree,
A police officer was raping women in his patrol car he would stop them in a dark area of the city and put handcuff on them and in the back of his patrol car rape them. One night he raped the wrong woman she said my brother is in the CHP in Southern California, he shot her in the back of the head, then the brother investigated and caught the bastard!
In the news today a star in Buffy the Vampire Slayer said she was attacked by an off duty cop and he shot her two friends and accidentally shot himself and she got away he was arrested, her friends were OK.
In New York a few years ago there were dozens of cops arrested for strong arming small businesses and then there was the New Orleans Police several years ago that were also arrested for criminal behavior, also the Miami Police and there were numerous crooks in the San Fransisco Police and as Sonny and Cher sang in their hit song :And the beat goes on", but what I want to know is when will it end?!
I will answer that myself, Never! The police are out of control, think about this, To Protect And Serve" really? Protect and serve who? I grew up respecting police as a young boy we were told they were there to help in case we needed help, every day when I got out of school in the 40's there was a police officer in front of our school every day! Spoke to any police lately?
I think there is an evil that is in the air throughout America, the other day I read that Homeland Security has ordered a large order of riot gear, for Occupy Wall Street? Hardly, there is a fear among these Nazi's that if Obama wins people will riot because they will not believe he won honestly, he is a liar and a totalitarian so there is no reason for people to trust him, that is why the order of riot gear, how stupid, if a whole nation riots there won't be enough people to stop it.
In addition the economists claim that Obama's policies continue that there won't be an economy in America, think about that for a moment, no economy means no money. so how will you survive on welfare if you have no money, or disability, or social security, or any other entitlement, there won't be a military, or a police force, they will be to busy to protect their own family, so who does Obama think is going to protect him if the world goes insane and riots into oblivion?!
So all I can say to the paranoid fascists in the government is "Happy Revolution" you mutheads!

Stupid is as stupid does! This morning I read where a lady up north won the lotto for almost a million dollars then she then went on to O.D. Brilliant is all I can say. If you do not believe in Yahweh and Jesus then your probably thinking how mean to say that about that poor girl.
Well if you are a god fearing person you know that god is not impressed and she is paying the price when Jesus said put nothing into the body that defiles it for it is the temple of the spirit, he meant drugs as well as anything else because it destroys the body!!!
This is why liberals are not Christians, they want free drugs for all, if you read my other post regarding this and for sure they are going to end up in the big barbie down under and we ain't talking Australia!
I would have liked to have been friends with her so I could keep her from doing something that stupid, it just goes against the grain to do that and not consider the consequences, god sees all the things people think he doesn't how you ask? In the bible it speaks of being Gods omniscience, omnipresence and his omnipotence, which is how he sees you.
With that God the father Yahweh is able to see everything you do and it is that verse in the bible that is not spoken enough to people so those people who commit crimes against humanity will understand the consequences when they depart this dimension and end up in the big barbie, remember not Australia either!

Congress just passed the college loan act this several weeks ago and so now college students do not have to worry about interest going up, or something like that! In the mean time home equity loans are as low as they have ever been and that is good for homeowners and mortgage rates are also staying on the low side as well.
What this means is that students will pay 200 thousand 300 thousand 400 thousand dollars for and education which will make them debtors for life, why doesn't the Congress make colleges lower their fee's since we are in a down turn in the economy. You see no matter what the colleges are greedy and show very little tolerance for morals they are deceitful and dishonest, raising costs are not needed it is for their over priced professors who make hundreds of thousands of dollars all compliments of the tax paying public and these people do not provide anything special to the students except usury and greed for their selfish selves.
As for home equity loan rates there are no real signs that show movement either way so home loan refinancing is not happening because the homeowner market share is down and the banks are struggling to loan money. In the mean time they are trying to convince people that the market is improving, actually the banks have a ton of shadow inventory, that is what you do not see and that is going to cause a crash sooner or later.
Home equity rates should be tied to Insurance rates like whole life insurance, if you have this it is the best way to improve your credit rating, people do not understand this and should have learned this in high school.
There are things that insurance can do to help your financial situation more than just in case you die, there are five things that it can help. First it can help with a loan guarantee when needed, second it can be a source of tax deduction as it has the only loan that can be deducted on income tax, third it has the best repayment at 4% in most cases and that is the part that is deductible, fourth it of course pays a persons death benefits, fifth it is a credit builder.So now my question to you is why haven't you built a portfolio of insurance for you and your family?

There are things that insurance can do to help your financial situation more than just in case you die, there are five things that it can help. First it can help with a loan guarantee when needed, second it can be a source of tax deduction as it has the only loan that can be deducted on income tax, third it has the best repayment at 4% in most cases and that is the part that is deductible, fourth it of course pays a persons death benefits, fifth it is a credit builder.So now my question to you is why haven't you built a portfolio of insurance for you and your family?

Is political correctness out of hand and out of control?? The short answer is YES!!! To be sure the fact that the media is in cahoots with the stupidity known as "Political Correctness" we only have to look at some of the television shows, and some of the news programs and newspaper articles to see that there are a lot of people with their head caught somewhere between their right cheek and their left cheek, and when they sit on it it must make them feel good, they are unable to remove their head because the aroma is enticing to their pin headed cranial.
OK so maybe I am being a little over the top but I think that there needs to be some honesty in TV land see what is happening in the Miss USA pageant claims of the fix is in and that sort of stuff, well maybe the Don did it and maybe he don't know the fix is in.
I was watching the latest DWTS and saw a disaster several weeks back as the best couple was eliminated, the blame was on the people who did not vote them through which I do not believe is the case, but it sounds good on television, this happened to Derick a few years ago when he was with Miss Krupa the hottest couple on the floor, I think the scoring is or has been tampered with, my opinion completely, the same seems to be true on other shows where the performers are trying to get the best score, I have seen losers win and winners lose, this is not the way it was meant to be, if the show has anything to do with tampering with the votes and I have a strong suspicion there is a lot of gerrymandering going on behind the scenes if its true then its disgusting! Just like Mark and Maria were the hottest on the DWTS dance floor and I think I smell LIMBURGER CHEESE or something very close to that and it stinks to the tenth degree of stinky smelly stuff!
I think there are dozens of shows where the contestants are graded and the grading is sometimes screwy if not totally stupid as well as out of sink, it is apparent that the television shows think that their version of political correctness is alright because they have a right to pass through someone who would have been gone in the beginning, if you check back on DWTS from the beginning there have been instances where the winners were the worst in the beginning yet went through while top flight performers went home, smells like there is a fat rat in the cheese factory!
Don't get me wrong I am not saying that this is the case that there is hanky panky going on at DWTS, but something smells like LIMBURGER CHEESE!
DWTS is on a collision course with the viewers who are angry that some of the best have been removed, yet the problem is that they are all the best so how do you select which one stays and which one goes?
To be honest I hope I am wrong but I keep smelling LIMBURGER CHEESE and that is not nice folks, so maybe someone in the media could check it out and report to the people if there is any hanky panky going on behind the scenes, your input would be valuable in assessing this situation, should I pursue it or not? Your call!
OK now for some real get down and make it happen, activist judges need to be aborted from the bench, they do not support the constitution, they are constantly making rules that are contrary to the Constitution, like the judge in Oklahoma who struck down the 70% vote to make Sharia Law in Oklahoma illegal, this activist judge then sent it to Colorado, this is where the Governor should have stepped in and told the judge to move to Colorado, you see the governor has the authority under the undesirable alien act to remove any one that is in violation of the constitution and I do not remember where it says we the people with the permission of one dysfunctional judge!

You may not recall her she was the funniest woman around, her name Gracie Allen, George Burns wife, she had cancer and died at an early age in 1964, she was tremendously funny and then there was the country funny lady on the Grand Ole Opry she had’em rolling in the isles, her name was Minnie Pearl,
she was on the television show with Buc Owens and Roy Clark, and then there was the incomprable Lucille ball, she was as funny as they come,Betty White is as funny as they come then there was Mary Tyler Moore,
Paula Poundstone, Rita Rudner,Lily Tomlin, Phyllis Diller, WOW! Moms Mabley, funny is as funny is man oh man so this is my list of the top ten female comedians of the 20th century, it will be hard to pick them in order of funniest of the funny, that I would say only god can say who was number 1 through 10, unless you think you can pick who was number one through ten then comment and give it as hot!
As for the top ten of the 21st century I have to start with Carol Burnett in case you were wondering why she wasn’t on the first list, then I would have to add a number of up to date comedians that would follow in her path.

MASSACRE AT MALMEDY article by: James Thomas Fridas
One of my favorite news casters was the late great Paul Harvey, he would always start a sentence about a subject then inject, "And now for the rest of the story"! Well during WWII there were millions of untold stories that may never be told, god knows though and that is what counts!
During the start of WWII for America the California National Guard was called up the same day and Master Sergeant George Malekos living on Arguello Street in San Francisco was on a military vehicle the next morning December 8, 1941 for Camp San Luis Obispo in Southern California, from there it was on to North Africa and the entire route to Berlin.
It was a time when the world went crazy, the Nazi's and the Japanese Empire and the Mad man Mussolini declared war on a civilized world, the Army landed in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, France at the D-Day landing all the way to the battle of the Bulge.
For many the war was an act of history and they do not even know why it was fought, but it was because of mad men who wanted to rule the world.
At the Ardenne in France the Americans were surprise on December 16 1944 when the Nazi's sprung a winter offensive and caught hundreds of men and massacred them on the road to Aragone the Nazi's surrounded a group of Americans and the Lieutenant surrendered them even though the men wanted to continue fighting.
So they marched them up to another group of Americans that were being marched up the hill as the two units came together Master Sergeant George Malekos told the men when he gave the word to break and run, pass it on.
When they got to the top of the hill the Nazi's brought large trucks up to the point were the men were and when they dropped the rear steel doors they made a thud and the guards turned their heads just then Master Sergeant George Malekos yelled NOW! So the men broke and ran as fast as they could, as they did the Nazi's started shooting them and yelling Americanish come back, come back my ass came the response and they killed around 80 men while around 70 made it back to American lines and the story has been told about the Malmedy Massacre and told perhaps a hundred different ways, this then is how I heard it and there it is for all the world to read.

Well my dearest and best friend passed away last month and has me very upset with his being gone, I decided that I should start to write my will, yes my will! I learned by researching on the Internet that there are numerous different wills, if you have witnesses they are your last will and testament then there is a will that you write by hand called a holographic will, OK that is for me, I am not wealthy so there should not be any problems with my writing a will, at least that is my hope, so writing a will is what I am doing and I think it was easier than I expected.
This is what is called a Holographic Will which is hand written and not typed or on a computer so it is with pen in hand that I am writing this Holographic Will and it flows easy and when I am done I will think it over and decide whether I like it or not and I will let you know about my decision later.
There are those that want to keep the idea that a will is the domain of legal council, my question why? It was never the domain of council until they stuck their big fat faces into the scene of the family fortune if any so they could fulfill their greed !
I personally think lawyers are the worst offenders of societies rules, always seeking ways to steal money from people or government taxes, like the PAC money you hear about is all tax revenue stolen by a bunch of greedy needy bastards! I hope my terse language doesn't offend your senses I am totally disgusted with lawyers anymore as they have no morals or scruples, so as far as I am concerned they should all be thrown in jail on general principals, have you ever meet an honest lawyer? They charge $300. $400. $500. and other outrageous rates in the thousands of dollars, are they worth it? NO! The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of this old disease. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim. It's pronounced "Gonna re-elect 'em," and it is a terrible Obamanation.
The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior involving putting your cranium up your rectum. Many victims contracted it in 2008...but now most people, after having been infected for the past 1-2 years, are starting to realize how destructive this sickness is.
It's sad because Gonorrhea Lectim is easily cured with a new drug just coming on the market called Votemout. You take the first dose in 2010 and the second dose in 2012 and simply don't engage in such behavior again; otherwise, it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.
Several states are already on top of this, like Virginia, New Jersey, Utah, West Virginia, and recently Massachusetts, with many more seeing the writing on the wall.
